The artisan cooperative COOTRABOM designed and crafted this necklace using paper beads and coconut chips. The cooperative specializes in using natural and recycled materials to create unique and vibrant crafts. COOTRABOM is located in the low-income community of Mare, just north of downtown Rio de Janeiro. (Necklace is 26 inches long)
